A German-Spanish structure

ACR Project GmbH i. G., based in Essen, leads the venture. Operational delivery is carried out with partners in Asturias and León who know the region, the authorities and the port.

This combination is deliberate: contractual certainty and funding under German law, delivery through partners with local roots.
